Training Up The Next Generation
Message preached on March 18th, 2012 by Sam Kastensmidt.
The omnipotent God of the universe has chosen to demonstrate his immeasurable strength from the lips of young children. In the Old Testament, God charged the Levitical priests with the responsibility to train up the children. In the Protestant era of the universal priesthood, we are ALL charged by God with the solemn responsibility of training up the next generation in the covenant promises and obligations given by God. In the praises of the next generation, the hope of a people is secured. The love of God leads to life and wisdom—in both academics and character development.
